• Assist in arranging and carrying out Induction program bi-weekly.
• Assist in handling onboarding paperwork.
• Assist in updating employment records before the cut-off date of payroll processing.
• Assist in recruitment process for any vacancy being assigned, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interview and onboarding on timely manner.
• Assist in updating and maintaining respective departments’ organization chart accurately.
• Assist in various initiatives to improve employer’s branding & increase company brand awareness.
• Assist in arranging, preparing & participating recruitment/ branding activities such as career fair, career talk and other university engagement activities.
• Assist in HR initiatives programme (i.e. Health Screening Programme, Knowledge sharing workshop etc).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior/ HR Manager.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
