Data Analytics Intern

About the Role

The Data Analytics Intern will support business reporting, dashboard maintenance, operational analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The role offers practical exposure to business intelligence and analytics functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Analysis

• Prepare recurring operational and management reports.
• Analyse business performance and operational data.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.

Data Quality Management

• Validate and clean data.
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Support data governance initiatives.

Dashboard & Business Intelligence

• Maintain and update dashboards.
• Support reporting automation projects.
• Assist in generating business insights.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Document reporting procedures and workflows.
• Recommend reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power Query.
• Basic SQL.
• Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio (advantage).

• Able to work independently.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
