About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations.

This opportunity is ideal for students who are passionate about Human Resources and would like to gain practical experience in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and updated.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations.
  • Support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR-related requests.
  • Provide general support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Internship period of at least [3 months].
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
