Responsibilities

General Support

  • Support the Marketing Specialist in day-to-day marketing activities and administrative tasks

Content & Brand Visibility

  • Assist in content creation — basic design, photos, short videos, write-ups — for local marketing campaigns, the company's social media accounts, and website to increase brand visibility
  • Support the promotion of new products through marketing tools such as brochures, exhibits, and locally made demos

Sales Coordination & Events

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns stay aligned with sales priorities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events (trade shows, roadshows, product launches), including logistics, booth set-up, and on-site support

Communications

  • Assist in drafting and distributing marketing communications (greeting messages, newsletters, success stories) under guidance from the team

Other

  • Perform other ad-hoc marketing support tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Interest in B2B marketing and / or Industrial Automation / Technology sector is a plus, not a must
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms (including LinkedIn) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Davinci Resolve) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Able to commit to at least 3 – 6 months
  • Own transport is helpful
