BINTARA is seeking a proactive and motivated Office Administration Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to office management, document administration, coordination activities, and business support functions within a dynamic technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative and office support tasks.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Support correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Assist with procurement and administrative documentation when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as assigned.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Education
Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Administrative Management, Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative practices would be an advantage.
