Responsibilities

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and eager to gain practical experience in business operations? BINTARA is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our day-to-day operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to business processes, project coordination, administrative support, and operational efficiency within a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Help prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Support procurement, inventory tracking, and office resource management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
  • Help monitor task progress and follow up on operational requirements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Education

Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Office Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and administrative processes.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
