This internship offers valuable exposure to business processes, project coordination, administrative support, and operational efficiency within a dynamic technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Support the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and tasks.
- Help prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Support procurement, inventory tracking, and office resource management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Help monitor task progress and follow up on operational requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Education
Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Office Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of business operations and administrative processes.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
