This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resource operations, office administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and business support functions within a dynamic technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help with employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
- Maintain and update employee and company records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory records.
- Support the organisation of staff activities, training programmes, and company events.
- Help prepare internal communications, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure records and documents are accurate and properly maintained.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and other projects assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Education
Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Office Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and administrative procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in using HR systems or administrative software would be an advantage.
