Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you interested in developing a career in Human Resources and Administration? BINTARA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resource operations, office administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and business support functions within a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help with employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
  • Maintain and update employee and company records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory records.
  • Support the organisation of staff activities, training programmes, and company events.
  • Help prepare internal communications, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Ensure records and documents are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and other projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Education

Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Office Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and administrative procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in using HR systems or administrative software would be an advantage.
