BINTARA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Solutions Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world IT operations, customer support, and enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via onsite, remote, phone, or email assistance.
- Assist users in troubleshooting computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support the installation, update, and troubleshooting of operating systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and other applications.
- Help maintain IT asset records and assist with inventory management activities.
- Log, monitor, and update support tickets, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist with IT deployments, system upgrades, and other technical projects.
- Work with team members to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors as required.
Requirements:
Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Exposured to endpoint management tools and IT support practices would be an advantage.
