Internship Duration:
Minimum 4 months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and company events.
• Support day-to-day Human Resource operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee attendance monitoring.
• Support compliance and documentation activities to ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree students in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
