Internship opportunity: Curriculum Design & Industry Research Intern

Cornell Leadership Academy is seeking a motivated, creative intern to join our team as a curriculum design & industry research intern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and improving training curriculum and learning modules.
• Conduct industry research related to hospitality, retail, F&B, business, leadership, and workforce development.
• Support the preparation of course outlines, training materials, learning activities, and assessments.
• Research current industry trends, skills requirements, and best practices.
• Assist in developing content for e-learning, presentations, and training documentation.
• Work closely with the academy team to ensure training content is relevant to industry needs.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, Communication, Social Science, or any related field.
• Good research, writing, and communication skills.
• Able to organize information clearly and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic online research.
• Knowledge or interest in AI tools, e-learning, instructional design, or curriculum development will be an added advantage.
• This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
• Candidates must be in Klang Valley.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
