The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
The Network Expansion team plays a key role in scaling SPX Express's logistics network. From planning new hubs and service points to coordinating site launches and partnerships, the team works across multiple functions to ensure our delivery infrastructure continues to grow efficiently and effectively.
Job Description:
- Assist in conducting analysis to support the development of network expansion plans for logistics hubs/facilities and sorting centers.
- Helping determine requirements for relocation and expansion of logistics hubs (first mile/last mile) and sorting centers by gathering data and supporting research.
- Assisting in evaluating property proposals with the property souring team
- Helped prepare presentations for property approval, including site feasibility and financial data.
- Coordinating with operations, fleet, and product teams during hub go-live activities.
- Communicate with operations to gather feedback on hub locations and coverage.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any equivalent field
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Has attention to detail, quick learning, adaptive and flexible
