The intern will assist the audit and operations team with documentation, client coordination, and office management tasks, while gaining exposure to the professional working environment of an audit firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing documents (hardcopy & digital).
• Support audit teams with administrative tasks such as printing, binding, and scanning working papers.
• Maintain proper record-keeping of correspondence, client files, and reports.
• Assist in data entry, updating databases, and monitoring deadlines.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Assist in preparing simple letters, invoices, or reports under supervision.
• Provide general clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the management or audit team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
