PIAS operates a network of approximately 30 branch offices across Singapore, each led by a Branch Director who manages a team of financial advisors. As part of our growth strategy, we are investing in helping our Branch Directors build stronger personal and branch brands — so that they can attract the right talent, build their teams with purpose, and grow sustainably.
As a Branding & Recruitment Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our management team, Branch Directors, and advisor network to craft compelling brand identities and recruitment narratives for each branch.
Phase 1 — Brand Discovery & Strategy
- Conduct structured interviews and workshops with Branch Directors to uncover their leadership style, team culture, and core strengths
- Facilitate brand discovery exercises to identify each branch's unique value proposition and the type of advisors they are best positioned to attract
- Analyse and document findings in clear brand briefs for each participating branch
Phase 2 — Content & Messaging Development
- Craft personalised recruitment pitches and messaging frameworks for Branch Directors to use in outreach and interviews
- Develop branch profile content for use across digital platforms, social media, and recruitment materials
- Design and produce branding collaterals such as one-pagers, social media posts, and presentation decks
Phase 3 — Video Production & Personal Branding
- Plan and coordinate video shoots in our in-house studio — scripting, directing, and editing short-form personal branding and recruitment videos for Branch Directors
- Ensure each video is polished, authentic, and aligned with the individual's brand positioning
- Organise and maintain a content library for ongoing use across recruitment channels
Phase 4 — Recruitment Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, roadshows, or campus outreach initiatives
- Help branch teams roll out their new brand assets and messaging in real recruitment activities
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and suggest improvements
We are looking for motivated, creative individuals with a genuine interest in branding, storytelling, and helping people present the best version of themselves. You do not need to be an expert in financial services — we will provide the industry context. What matters is your ability to listen, synthesise, and communicate with impact.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual storytelling and design
- Basic to intermediate skills in video production and editing (e.g. Capcut)
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple branch engagements simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills — you will be meeting and interviewing senior professionals
Bonus Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator / InDesign)
- Understanding of employer branding or talent acquisition concepts
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and editing
