Part-Time Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and documents
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Track leave records and staff information
  • Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
  • Assist with travel bookings and event coordination
  • File and organize company documents
  • Support invoice processing and expense claims
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid work arrangement
