Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct Field inspection of private properties for planning infringements
- Short Term Accommodation
- Dormitory Accommodation
- Showroom, Office, Restaurant ; Without planning permission
- Time Based assignment [3-hour blocks]; Monitoring of an area of interest (Eg; row of landed houses along residential estate, entrance/exits of commercial buildings)
Inspections to be carried out by 2 Enforcement Inspectors Personnel
Enforcement Inspector to conduct interview findings, observations, photographs of the premises, illustration of the premises’ layout , copies of occupant’s particulars and documentation.
Put up report
Report submission within stipulated time given.
You will be paid $60.00
per location.
You will be paid $30.00
per locked premises deployment.
*Preferrably with Own Transport (able to work Islandwide)
