Requirements
- Studying or holding a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excel sharp — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables? Big plus!
- Know the basics — accounting principles, you've got them down
- Software savvy — AutoCount, SQL, UBS = added advantage
- ️ Bilingual — English & Mandarin (you'll talk to both sides)
- Number-obsessed — detail-driven, responsible, and loves getting it right
- People-ready — great communication + teamwork skills
- Self-starter — willing to learn, able to fly solo when needed
Responsibilities
- Daily money moves — bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking
- Close the month like a boss — month-end, year-end reporting
- Build the big picture — financial statements, budgets, forecasts
- Spot the story — financial analysis + summary reports
- Keep us audit-ready — compliance docs, prep work
- And whatever else comes — ad-hoc tasks, zero fuss
