Requirements
* Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms is required.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
* Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
* Basic administrative and data-entry skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
* Responsible, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp).
* Provide information about programmes, schedules, fees, and promotions.
* Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective parents.
* Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
* Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, including:
* TikTok
* Xiaohongshu (RED)
* Create or assist in creating simple promotional content and posts.
* Perform general administrative and data-entry duties.
