What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong interest in business analysis, technology, and problem-solving
- Basic understanding of how software projects work (Agile is a plus)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn about AWS, AI, and digital transformation
Preferred: Final-semester internship students with a minimum CGPA of 3.5

At Axrail, we build AWS and AI-powered solutions that help businesses work smarter. We’re looking for a Business Requirements Analyst Intern who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how business needs are translated into real technology solutions.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in business analysis, AI-driven transformation, and working with real project teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support gathering of business requirements through stakeholder discussions and research
- Assist in writing clear documentation such as user stories, business requirements document, and process flows
- Help map business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Work with project teams (developers, designers, engineers) to understand solution design
- Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement and sprint discussions
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions
- Explore how AI and automation can improve business processes
