Responsibilities
- Planning and execution to set up campaigns and promotion activities.
- Involving in ground marketing campaign
- Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life
- Liaise with cross-functional department and organize products
- Manage collateral productions
- Support on event day: admin and logistics
- Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties
- Responding to customers’ queries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the Company’s capability.
- Conduct basic market research to support campaign planning.
