About the Job

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Intern to join the CEO Office, working directly with senior leaders on business performance reporting, shareholder cadence, and high-priority strategic initiatives. This team operates at the centre of the business and enablement function across the organisation, supporting CEO-level decision-making across strategy, finance, and operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to how we run our business operations reporting, manage company priorities and engage with our senior stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities, Objectives and Expectations:

In this role, you will support ongoing workstreams while contributing to incremental improvements in reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency:

1. Business Reporting Support & Improvement

• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reports (MR/BR), including data consolidation and formatting
• Assist in maintaining and improving reporting templates and data consistency
• Contribute to making reports more structured and easier to interpret, with clear key takeaways

2. Analytical Support & Insight Development

• Support basic analysis of performance metrics (e.g., revenue trends, margin, productivity)
• Help identify key drivers and summarise findings into clear, concise insights
• Assist in building simplified, repeatable analysis templates and tools for recurring use

3. AI integration and workflow efficiency

• Identify suitable AI tools and leverage them to support research, summarisation, and draft outputs
• Assist in identifying improvements to reduce manual work in reporting and analysis
• Contribute to documenting AI-assisted workflows and playbook for best practices

4. Shareholder & Leadership Support

• Support preparation of presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings
• Assist in drafting clear and structured slides or summaries
• Help track follow-ups and action items from key meetings

5. Strategic Project Support

• Support research and analysis for key strategic initiatives
• Assist in organizing information and tracking progress across workstreams
