Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting research and collecting data for new product development and improvement projects.
• Support product testing, sampling, and evaluation activities.
• Record and analyze test results, observations, and findings accurately.
• Assist in preparing reports, technical documents, and product specifications.
• Support the development and improvement of formulations, processes, or product designs.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and other departments on R&D-related activities.
• Maintain laboratory, testing equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials or product components.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
