- Develop marketing content including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with customers through social media channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
- Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
