 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation schedules, prepare onboarding packets, and maintain exit interview records.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain physical and digital employee databases, ensuring complete confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and internal communication initiatives.
  • General Administration: Process HR-related paperwork, track attendance, and respond to general staff inquiries.
