Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The role will assist consultants with market mapping, candidate research, and preparation of briefing materials and reports for client engagements. The HR Intern will help coordinate candidate interviews and assessments, manage communication with candidates, and ensure a professional and inclusive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR and operations tasks such as document preparation, data entry, process improvements, and contributing to internal projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, or talent advisory, ideally while pursuing or having completed studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Solid research, analytical, and information-gathering abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to stakeholder and candidate interactions.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new HR or recruitment systems.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from experienced consultants and leaders.
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or professional services is beneficial but not required.
