T&T Design And Renovation Hiring! Intern Quantity Surveyor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 1,500 - Ricebowl

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of construction materials, renovation works, and costing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Good analytical, calculation, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations, BQ (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations for interior design and renovation projects
• Support the QS team in sourcing materials, comparing supplier quotations, and analyzing costing
• Assist in quantity take-off and measurement based on drawings and site conditions
• Coordinate with designers, sales team, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project costing and materials
• Help monitor project budgets, variations orders (VO), and progress claims
• Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining proper records

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
