We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented R&D / Food Technologist / Food Processing Intern to support our product development and production team. This internship offers hands-on experience in food research, product testing, processing operations, and quality control within a real manufacturing environment.
Interns will gain practical exposure to food innovation, formulation, and large-scale production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Development (R&D)
- Assist in product design, development, and improvement projects.
- Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.
- Conduct experiments, performance evaluations, and validation tests.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data.
- Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of product or process issues.
- Support design changes, cost-reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and manufacturing teams during product development.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Internship Learning Scope

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Science, or related field.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 - 6 months, according to course requirements
- Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (Half-day)
- Working Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Except Saturday
- Allowance: RM 1000.00 / month
