Job Description

• Participate in digitalisation initiatives to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
• Support special IT projects such as system enhancement, process automation, or reporting improvement
• Assist in exploring the use of digital tools and AI-based applications to improve productivity in daily operations
• Help document IT processes, user guides, and system procedures
• Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory updates, and basic administrative IT tasks
• Support data collection and analysis for IT-related improvement initiatives
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to real corporate IT operations in a corporate business environment
• Understanding of IT service support and infrastructure management
• Practical involvement in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to the use of digital tools and AI applications in workplace productivity
• Experience in structured project-based IT work

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming or related field
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware support
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies (AI tools, analytics, etc.)
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under supervision

Duration

3 – 6 months (subject to programme requirements)

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
