Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate food orders between the kitchen and service team.
Check completed dishes against order tickets before handing them over to service staff.
Ensure food presentation and garnishes meet operational standards before dispatch.
Organize and prioritize orders to ensure timely delivery to guests.
Inform service staff of special requests, modifications, or allergen-related orders.
Monitor the pass area and maintain cleanliness and organization at all times.
Assist in resolving order discrepancies and communicate any delays to the service team.
Ensure proper handling of food in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support kitchen and service operations during peak periods as required.

Previous F&B experience is an added advantage but not required.
