Job Description

Responsibilities

Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering allied health (therapy and counselling) services. We take on family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-focused, evidence-based, and client-led approaches in our practice.

We are looking for an open-minded, proactive, and diligent individual with a passion for working with families (particularly children). Aside from service/administrative skills, he/she must be responsible, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile in terms of learning.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform front desks duties such as attending to clients’ registration, crowd control, answering of calls for appointments, collecting payments
  • Provide administrative/logistical assistance to therapists
  • Provide on-site client service and assistance
  • Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance
  • Other duties assigned
  • Commitment to a 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)

Requirements:

  • GCE N/O Levels, Diploma and above
  • Comfortable working and interacting with children and the elderly
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Those with fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
  • Diligent and willing to learn, able to take initiative in work tasks
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer and IT skills
  • Digital/ social media skills are a plus
  • Passionate about providing others with a better quality of life
