Job Description

HR Intern (Compensation & Benefits)

Join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to Compensation & Benefits (C&B), one of the most analytical and impactful areas of Human Resources. You will support compensation analysis, benefits administration, HR reporting, and market research while developing practical skills in data-driven HR decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis projects.
  • Assist with benefits administration and benefits inventory tracking.
  • Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends.
  • Support HR data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist with headcount, compensation, and benefits dashboards.
  • Research employee benefits providers and industry practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics.

Availability

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months
  • Full-time availability preferred; candidates able to commit at least 2 working days per week are also welcome to apply.
