Responsibilities:

• Support daily order processing and ensure accurate data entry into system
• Monitor inventory and logistics status to support smooth execution of supply plans.
• Assist in daily data tracking and analysis, such as stock turnover, order fulfillment rate, and out-of-stock reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain or invoicing workflow.
• Assist in generating routine supply chain performance reports
• Conduct data cleaning and analysis using Excel / Power BI / ERP systems.
• Support the preparation of monthly KPI presentations and management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
