KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Assist in processing utility bills, supplier invoices, and related documents for payment.
- Assist in ensuring the stationaries and pantries items are well stocked.
- Support in managing general office tasks and addressing daily operational issues.
- Assist in updating all records and documents.
- Assist in daily incoming and outgoing calls to Solar Gas in a professional manner and able to provide basic information when needed and in a prompt manner.
- To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.
2. MARKETING SUPPORT
- Design simple promotional artwork using Canva for social media and internal use.
- Assist in updating and scheduling content on the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
3. FINANCE DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
- File financial documents including invoices, payment vouchers, claims, and receipts.
- Organize hardcopy and softcopy files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Ensure all documents are labeled and stored according to company procedures.
4. HR & STAFF ACTIVITIES
- Help arrange and coordinate internal staff activities and events.
- Support in preparing event proposals, documentation, and attendance lists.
- Assist in communicating event details to staff and following up on participation.
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
