UI/UX Designer (Freelance / Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, modern, and data-driven user experiences for our AI-powered B2B software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to transform complex workflows, analytics, and AI capabilities into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.

This is a freelance or part-time engagement, ideal for designers who enjoy creating enterprise software, dashboards, analytics platforms, and AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

UX Design

• Conduct user and workflow analysis for enterprise users and business stakeholders.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and user flows.
• Simplify complex business processes and AI interactions into intuitive experiences.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder validation.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across products.

UI Design

• Design modern, responsive, and professional interfaces for web-based B2B platforms.
• Create dashboard layouts, KPI visualizations, charts, reporting interfaces, and workflow management screens.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.

AI Product Design

• Design AI-assisted workflows, recommendation interfaces, chat experiences, and decision-support tools.
• Create user experiences that help users understand AI-generated insights and recommendations.
• Balance automation and human control within AI-powered applications.

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard, analytics, or workflow-based product design.
• Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of: User-centered design principles; information architecture; design systems; responsive web design; data visualization best practices
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience designing AI, machine learning, or data analytics products.
• Experience with B2B dashboards, ERP, CRM, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations platforms.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React concepts).
• Experience working with startup or agile product teams.
