Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic motion graphic skills (e.g., using After Effects) will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience or interest in handling DSLR cameras for basic photo and video shoots is a bonus.
  • Active user of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a good understanding of visual trends.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through design.
  • Ability to manage feedback, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Stay Updated on Design Trends: Proactively research and share emerging design, visual, and content trends to help inspire and refresh ongoing projects.
  • Contribute Creative Ideas: Create clear initial drafts, sketches, and visual references that effectively communicate design ideas and assist the team in developing creative directions.
  • Develop and Present Design Concepts: Create clear initial drafts, sketches, and visual references that effectively communicate design ideas and assist the team in developing creative directions.
  • Support the Production of Visual Assets: Assist in designing and producing creative materials, including social media graphics, simple motion graphics, marketing visuals, and digital banners, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure Quality Across Platforms: Help test and review creative assets across different media and devices, identifying basic design issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Implement Feedback Efficiently: Take feedback constructively and make timely adjustments to designs, ensuring final outputs meet the creative and technical requirements.
  • Grow and Collaborate with the Team: Support the creative team on various tasks and projects with a positive attitude, showing eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute.
