Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, or related field.
  • A strong portfolio — show us your design work, your videos, your feed. We want to see how you create, not just what you've studied.
  • Solid hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects) — this is non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable shooting video and photos using a camera or smartphone, with a good instinct for framing, lighting, and composition.
  • Genuinely up-to-date with content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu — and able to translate those trends into content that works for a property brand.
  • Basic video editing proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Creative, self-driven, and able to take a brief and run with it.
  • Bonus points if you have your own content page, creative account, or passion project — we love people who create for fun, not just for class.

Responsibilities

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're on the hunt for a visually-driven, trend-obsessed Creative Intern to join us for the launch of luxury high-rise condominium vacant possession — one of our most exciting project milestones. If you live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, have a good eye for design, and know how to make content that actually stops the scroll, we want you on this team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Shoot & Direct Content: Lead on-site photo and video shoots at the development site — unit walkthroughs, handover moments, resident reactions, and lifestyle visuals. You'll be behind the lens and calling the shots.
  • Trending Content Creation: Identify and apply trending audio, formats, and content styles (TikTok trends, Reels hooks, Xiaohongshu aesthetics) and adapt them creatively to fit the brand — with the goal of boosting reach and engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visual assets — countdown graphics, story templates, carousels, and campaign creatives — using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and or AI tools.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready content with captions, transitions, sound, and pacing that fits each platform's style and audience behaviour.
  • Content Planning: Work with the marketing team to build a content calendar around project's handover timeline, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content before, during, and after the event.
  • Social Media: Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
