Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth processing of vehicle sales transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales documents, vehicle purchase agreements, and ownership transfer paperwork.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, financing, and loan documentation with relevant parties.
  • Liaise with customers, banks, insurers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth transaction completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and customer information.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, and administrative support.
  • Monitor outstanding documents and follow up with customers to ensure timely submission.
  • Schedule vehicle collection, handover appointments, and delivery arrangements.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits professionally.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
  • Perform general office administration and ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with vehicle financing, insurance, and ownership transfer procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and customer-oriented.
