What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including maintaining employee records, leave records, claims, and HR documentation.

• Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing documents, collecting employee information, and coordinating orientation sessions.

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the People Team.

• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
