Accounting & Finance Admin Intern

Job Overview

Ecolux Mattress is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Admin Intern to support our finance and administrative operations. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial documentation, and office administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to commit to a 4-month internship period.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
