Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.

Responsibility

• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Perform data entry into Xero/SQL for account preparation.
• Perform accurate data entry into relevant accounting systems.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Compile and organize financial documents for proper filing and reference.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliations to ensure records match bank statements.
• Assist Seniors to check on supporting documents from client to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Other Ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
