Job Description

Responsibilities

Position: HR & Admin Intern
Department: Human Resources & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and personnel data management.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
  • Coordinate training, employee engagement, and company events.
  • Manage filing, document control, and office administration tasks.
  • Handle general administrative duties and provide support to various departments.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
