Responsibilities (You will learn to):
1. Assist in processing and updating customer orders using the UBS Inventory System.
2. Monitor and verify customer bookings from the website.
3. Prepare and organize sales documents (quotations, invoices, receipts).
4. Maintain proper filing systems and update sales reports.
5. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on daily operational tasks.
6. Provide general administrative support and handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree student in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
