• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on interview arrangements.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and company social media channels.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate background verification when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
