Responsibilities:
Procurement, selection and negotiation of the best purchasing options in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service with suppliers.
Prepare and set up work procedures for procurement activities (procurement, expediting and follow-up).
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure that a request for quotation (RFQ) for a new order (project) or purchase should have at least two (2) quoted suppliers.
Monitor and coordinate item deliveries between vendors to ensure all items are delivered to the jobsite/store on time.
Maintain complete purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
