Job Summary

You will create a safe, positive learning environment for babies, plan and deliver activities, monitor development, communicate with parents, and support preschool functions as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and positive learning environment tailored for babies
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate programmes and activities to support children’s development
• Monitor, document, and assess children’s learning progress and developmental milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their babies’ progress and well-being
• Provide routine care including feeding, toileting, and rest for babies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to support children’s needs
• Assist and support all preschool functions and activities as required
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve centre goals
• Demonstrate eagerness and openness to continuous learning and professional development

Required competencies and certifications

• EY1 or EY2 certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants
