Key Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and vision of ZOOMOOV.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by approaching, talking and observing guests around the store.
- Communicates information to manager or operations team members so that the team can respond as necessary to create a great customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by helping others, do your part and keep open communication.
- Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Follows ZOOMOOV operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety, to ensure the safety.

Requirements:
- Can commit 38 hours per month including weekends, school holidays and public holidays, and for the long-term
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
