Job Description
- Assist in Purchasing such as prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers etc.
- Support Accounts such as data entry, invoice checking, basic filing etc.
- Assist Sales such as quotation preparation, follow-up with clients, blasting ad etc.
- General administrative support across departments.
- Performing any other duties assigned by Manager / head of department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Willing to learn, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
