Job Overview
AirAsia MOVE is seeking a proactive and creative Content Creator Intern to manage our @lifeatmove TikTok channel and support internal communication initiatives.

This role is suited for a candidate who is hands-on, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of content from idea to execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production from conceptualization and shooting to final editing, ensuring all output aligns with AirAsia MOVE’s brand identity and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • TikTok Content Production: Own the end-to-end production of TikTok content, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing for @lifeatmove. Create engaging and trend-driven short-form content while ensuring alignment with AirAsia MOVE’s brand identity.

  • Internal Communications: Produce video and digital assets to support company-wide announcements, culture-building initiatives, employee engagement campaigns, and team updates.

  • Content Planning & Performance Tracking: Support the planning and maintenance of content calendars. Track and report performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, reach, and audience growth) to continuously improve content quality and strategy.

  • Trend Monitoring & Research: Stay updated on TikTok trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats to recommend fresh and relevant ideas.

  • Event Coverage: Capture and create content during company events, employee engagement activities, leadership sessions, and other internal initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to execute creative concepts and campaigns.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide timely creative and administrative support for Talent Development and internal projects as needed.

  • Culture: Contribute creative ideas that showcase AirAsia MOVE culture and employee experiences while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Video Production Skills: Strong ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content independently.

  • Professional On-Camera Presence: An outgoing personality with the confidence to conduct interviews and appear on camera in a professional capacity.

  • Strong Work Ethic & Ownership: Proven ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Skills: A solid understanding of social media metrics and the ability to apply insights to improve content performance and strategy.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for caption writing, scripting, and internal communications.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating TikTok or short-form video content for brands, communities, or organizations.

  • Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity, content creation ability, and an understanding of TikTok trends and storytelling.

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
