Key Responsibilities Recruitment Functions

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding processes including preparation of offer letters and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and candidate databases.
• Liaise with outlet managers and HODs regarding manpower requirements and hiring updates.
• Support internship programs.

HR & Administrative Functions

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personal files.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of HR and Company documents (physical and digital).
• Update attendance, leave records, and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare HR-related letters including confirmation, warning, transfer, and other employment documents.
• Assist with payroll preparation and general HR administrative matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and staff communication initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
• Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
