As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and data support.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks (data entry, filing, follow-ups)
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documents
- Update and maintain HR systems, trackers, and databases
- Assist in compliance and employee-related documentation
- Prepare basic reports and presentation slides
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR activities
- Support HR projects and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team
- Conduct basic HR-related research as assigned
- Support payroll and finance-related administrative tasks (for interns interested in payroll/finance exposure)
- Support marketing activities, including content posting, basic design support, campaign coordination, and data tracking (for interns interested in marketing exposure)
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- Interested in learning end-to-end HR operations
- A team player who can also work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Google Sheets is a plus
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Internship Details
- Internship duration: 3 – 6 months
