• Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints through email, phone, or social media.
• Track and update delivery statuses, ensuring timely communication with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and labels.
• Monitor and report logistics metrics (e.g., delivery times, shipping errors).
• Handle returned or undelivered parcels and process exchanges or refunds.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Help improve workflows, create SOPs, and enhance customer service processes.
• Stay informed about logistics trends to suggest operational improvements.
